At Elite Business Systems, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and strategic development services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and how our services are fulfilled.

Fulfillment

All services offered by Elite Business Systems are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, clients will receive onboarding details, next steps, or scheduling instructions.

  • For purchases made before 5 PM EST, fulfillment begins the same business day.
  • For purchases made after 5 PM EST, fulfillment begins the next business day.

Delivery may include scheduled consulting calls, digital materials, strategy documents, planning frameworks, or access to ongoing advisory support, depending on the service selected.

Refund Eligibility

Clients may request a refund within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Full Refunds

A full refund will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Elite Business Systems failed to deliver the purchased service within the committed timeframe, and the delay was solely due to an error or oversight on our end.
  • The service delivered was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • A portion of the service was delivered but an error or delay on our end prevented full completion.
  • Onboarding or initial materials were delivered, but a scheduled session was not completed due to our scheduling error.

Partial refunds will reflect the value of services not yet delivered at the time of the refund request.

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The client has received and accessed onboarding materials, digital resources, or a consulting session.
  • The refund request is made more than 3 days after the purchase date.
  • The client is dissatisfied with outcomes, results, or business decisions made after receiving consulting services. Consulting is advisory in nature and does not carry outcome guarantees.
  • The client failed to respond to onboarding or scheduling communications within the fulfillment window.

How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
